Privacy Policy — Promptu

Promptu ("we", "us", the "App") is a catalog of AI image-prompt ideas. You browse

trending prompts and, with one tap, copy a prompt and open a third-party AI app

(such as ChatGPT or Gemini) to use it with your own photo. **Promptu does not

generate images and does not require you to create an account or sign in.**

This policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, why, and

your choices.

Who we are

Promptu is published by an independent developer ("Noble Dev"). For any privacy

question, contact us at the email at the bottom of this policy.

Information we collect

We do not ask you for your name, email, phone number, or photos. The App does

not upload your photos anywhere — when you tap to use a prompt, your photo stays on

your device and is handled by the third-party AI app you choose.

The App uses Google services that automatically collect limited technical data:

Advertising & device identifiers — including your device's Advertising ID

(GAID), used to show ads and measure them.

Approximate location — inferred by advertising/analytics services from your

IP address (not precise GPS).

Device & usage information — device model, operating-system version, app

version, language, and in-app events (for example, which screens you open or

which prompts you view), used for analytics and to improve the App.

Push notification token — a device token so we can send you notifications

about new prompt packs (only if you allow notifications).

Diagnostics — basic crash and performance data.

Data you create in the App, such as your saved/favourite prompts, is stored

only on your device and is not transmitted to us.

How we use information

To display and measure advertising.
To understand how the App is used and improve it.
To send optional notifications about new content.
To keep the App stable and diagnose problems.

Advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use identifiers and the data

above to serve personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure performance.

in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).

Analytics & messaging

The App uses Google Firebase (Analytics and Cloud Messaging). Their processing

Third parties we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. Technical data is processed by our

service providers to deliver the functions above:

Google AdMob (advertising)
Google Firebase / Google Analytics (analytics, push notifications, crash data)

Data retention

Analytics and advertising data are retained by Google according to their policies

and the retention settings we configure. On-device data (your saved prompts) stays

until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience (13+) and is not directed to

children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you

believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will address it.

Your choices

Ads: reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalization in device

settings.

Notifications: turn off notifications for the App in your device settings at

any time.

On-device data: clear the App's storage or uninstall to remove your saved

prompts.

International users

The App is operated from India. By using the App, you understand your information

may be processed by Google's infrastructure in other countries under the policies

referenced above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by

updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
